This is the internal instruction page for smiles update
- 1. export subset 31 on nfshead5
- 2. copy 31_p0.smi.gz to zincdb4
- 3. run smiles_update.sh
- 4. run smiles_swap.sh
- 5. restart tomcat (5 mins)
- 6. clean out zinctmp (cache)
