Installing DOCK6 on Apple Silicon M2

• in case someone find it useful in the future:
• To get this to work I needed to change the gcc compiler in config.h from "gcc" to "gcc-12".
• This change directed the script to call the gcc installed by homebrew instead of the system clang.
