These are exceptions to the "each cluster is separate" rule.

UID/GID is shared from Cluster 2 to Cluster 3.
/nfs/db, /nfs/work and /nfs/home are exported from Cluster 2 to Cluster 3.
There is some crossover between Cluster 0 and Cluster 1.
There is one ssh hole in Cluster 2, which will be closed very soon.

No other exceptions known.
