Cluster 7:Databases

Here is information about databases on Cluster 7

• /nfs/home/xyz/hdd01/rawdb/ - these are where the raw files from vendors live. We generally only keep the last two versions of any database.
• /nfs/home/xyz/hdd01/newdb/ - these are where the cleaned up and curated files from vendors live.
• /nfs/db5/newdb/ - these are where the smallworld versions live
• arthor:/local2/newdb - this is where the arthor indexes live
