Our CPU cluster at Mission Bay support all docking.org services, including ZINC, DOCK Blaster, DUD, SEA, and other services and databases. We have:
- two server racks in room 101, one in room 108, for a total of 8 disk servers and about 60 TB on line
- four node racks in room 101, one in room 108, for a total of 600 cores on line, queue accessible
- 10 special-purpose (dedicated) servers that are neither nodes nor disk servers. stored in server racks.
- 20 linux desktops
- 10 windows machines (mostly laptops)
