We currently have three computer clusters, but aim to reduce this to two or even one.
Group members have access to several clusters, generally separate from each other:


* [[Cluster 0]] also known as the legacy cluster is in San Francisco at UCSF. (was UCSF Cluster). It will shrink in 2014 as equipment is transferred to [[Cluster 2]]. In our perfect world, it will be completely gone in 2015.

Access clusters via sgehead if on campus, [[Portal system | portals]] if off campus.  
Access to clusters is only from [[Lab Security Policy | secure machines]].
