3D In Cori

Cori has some unconventional requirements for submitting jobs, I'll relay those here:

--constraint=haswell

--qos=regular (time limit 24 hours)

--qos=debug (time limit half an hour)

Basically both --constraint, --qos, and --time must be specified for the job to go through.
