This is the internal instruction page for smiles update

  • 1. export subset 31 on nfshead5
  • 2. copy 31_p0.smi.gz to zincdb4
  • 3. run smiles_update.sh
  • 4. run smiles_swap.sh
  • 5. restart tomcat (5 mins)
  • 6. clean out zinctmp (cache)
