Here are instructions on how to purchase simple catalog items in BearBuy.

Instructions

  1. Go the MyAccess and find then click "BearBuy".
  2. For electronics or server accessories, find and click "Non-Dell Hardware" (apple logo | CDW-G logo). For more general items, find and click "Amazon Business".
  3. Find your items, add them to your cart and then checkout. This should take you redirect you back to BearBuy's shopping cart.
  4. Double check your items then click "Proceed To Checkout" on the top right of the webpage. This will take you to the Requisition page to fill out a form.
  5. Click on the edit button (pencil looking thing) for these form sections:
    Procurement Department: 333019
    General => CartName: <date> <Lab Name> <Short Item Description>. For example: 2024-06-18 Irwin Lab Seagate 3 x20TB SAS HDD
