Bioinformatics PhD Student at UCSF

Broadly interested in Protein-Protein and Protein-Small Molecule interactions and developing tools to study them. Rotating in the Shoichet Lab in the fall quarter of 2020 working on exposing matching sphere usage and developing methods for speeding up DOCK as well as increasing enrichment using optimal matching sphere clustering.
