The DrugBank database is a unique bioinformatics and cheminformatics resource that combines detailed drug (i.e. chemical, pharmacological and pharmaceutical) data with comprehensive drug target (i.e. sequence, structure, and pathway) information.
We love Drugbank and HMDB and all other great work originating in the Wishart lab at the University of Alberta and now at The Metabolomics Innovation Centre (TMIC).

Someone should give Wishart an award, because he has moved the field of cheminformatics and drug discovery significantly with Drugbank.
