Delphi is a program that does Poisson-Boltzmann finite difference electrostatics. It was created by Ant Nicholls and Barry Honig at Columbia. It is used by DOCK 3.5.54 and DOCK 6.

To understand (somewhat) how Delphi is used to score ligands, see this page on visualizing delphi grids.
