Here are some suggestions made by users for improving DOCK Blaster
- make the "Ignored chain label B" and other "Ignored" messages in the scrutinizer less prominent, since they are not important.
- change the words in the DOCK Blaster status bar from nouns to verbs, thus:
- Preparer -> Start
- Scrutinizer -> Scrutinize or even Inspect
- Target preparation -> Prepare
- Calibration -> Calibrate
- Docking -> Dock
- Results -> Review (?)
