DOCK 3.7 2016/09/16 abl1 Tutorial

This tutorial uses the DOCK-3.7-beta3.

This is for a Linux environment and the scripts assume that you are running on SGE queueing system.

Set up directories

Create directory called "DOCK_tutorial". PS: I recommend creating this in your own work directory, such as /nfs/home/$USERNAME/work. If you want to do this, please first to this directory.

note: $USERNAME is your username on our cluster.

cd /nfs/home/$USERNAME/work

mkdir DOCK_tutorial
