What is sync'd to Wynton

  • For the four biggest layers (zinc-22? where ? in {x, n, y, j}), we only sync [a-g].
  • this is about 27% only for these four layers.
  • notwithstanding the above, *all* "M" anions are synced to Wynton.
  • To dock [h-z] for {x, n, y, j} you must use gimel or AWS.
  • As of Feb 2025, # SMILES: n is 3.3B, x is 1.9 B, y is 2.2 B, j is 571 M
  • We continue to sync 100% of all other layers. (922 M SMILES)
  • We do not have enough disk space on Wynton to hold all the files.
  • We have ordered more disk space, but there is no date when it will be there.
  • Thus, to do a full screen of ZINC you must do wynton (per wynton-dirs) and gimel (per gimel-only-dirs)
  • Wynton-dirs is zinc-22?/* (everything present)
  • gimel-only-dirs is zinc-22[xnyj]/*/[h-z]
  • you can also screen everything on gimel only.
