About our cluster

We currently have two clusters.

• One in San Francsico at UCSF. UCSF Cluster
• One in Toronto at UofT. UofT Cluster

We also have access to two cluster

• QB3 Shared cluster
• SciNet Cluster in Vaughan, ON ( here is how to apply for an account: [apply for SciNet account])

The main login for each of our clusters is sgehead. We can also offer you your own sgehead-like machine to suit your needs. For instance, Ryan might like more memory. Two general purpose sgehead-variants are available:

• sgebig - like sgehead, but with more memory
• sgesandbox - like sgehead, except you can have root and install what you like

We can also set you up with additional disks, CPUs, queues, whatever you need. Ask the sysadmin.
