This is the FAQ for all things DOCK. It is broken up into sections, which we hope is helpful.

All DOCK versions

• 64 bit version of DOCK
• What is the current version of DOCK? DOCK 6.0. DOCK 6.1 is scheduled for release in winter 2006.
• Where do I get DMS? DMS is freely available from the UCSF Computer Graphics Lab.
