Our CPU cluster at [[Mission Bay]] support all docking.org services, including ZINC, DOCK Blaster, DUD, SEA, and other services and databases. We have around
It cannot be read, searched, or seen by anonymous users.
 
It cannot be read, searched, or seen by normal logged in users.
* 5 x 4U disk servers. serving (typically 1.5 - 4.0 TB of RAID-6 disk storage each.  
It can only be read and searched by 'lab members'.
* 200 x 1U dual CPU nodes.
It can only be edited by 'sysadmins'.
* 16 x 1U quad CPU nodes.

  • 200 x 1U dual CPU nodes.
  • 16 x 1U quad CPU nodes.
