Docking on our cluster as of Feb 22, 2025.
As you know, the disk we own on Wynton is no longer large enough to accommodate all of ZINC-22. Here is how to dock all of ZINC-22.
Dock everything in /wynton/group/bks/setswynton/*.wyn. This includes all files in all layers except:
- For layers j n x y, only [a-g] directories are local on Wynton.
To dock directories [h-z] from layers j n x y on gimel, use /nfs/exd/setsgimel/?/*. Then merge the final results.
