Our CPU cluster at Mission Bay support all docking.org services, including ZINC, DOCK Blaster, DUD, SEA, and other services and databases. We have around
- 5 x 4U disk servers. serving (typically 1.5 - 4.0 TB of RAID-6 disk storage each.
- 200 x 1U dual CPU nodes.
- 16 x 1U quad CPU nodes.
