We currently have two clusters.
- One in San Francsico at UCSF. UCSF Cluster
- One in Toronto at UofT. UofT Cluster
We also have access to two cluster
- QB3 Shared cluster
- SciNet Cluster in Vaughan, ON ( here is how to apply for an account: Apply for SciNet Account)
The main login for each of our clusters is sgehead. We can also offer you your own sgehead-like machine to suit your needs. For instance, Ryan might like more memory. Two general purpose sgehead-variants are available:
- sgebig - like sgehead, but with more memory
- sgesandbox - like sgehead, except you can have root and install what you like
We can also set you up with additional disks, CPUs, queues, whatever you need. Ask the sysadmin.
