The IPython Notebook is a web-based interactive computational environment where you can combine code execution, text, mathematics, plots and rich media into a single document. It is available from [1].
RDKit runs inside iPython Notebook. And now so does ZINC.
We have created a number of notebooks to demonstrate the sorts of questions you can now ask using iPython notebook.
Due to security concerns, we currently cannot make iPython Notebook/ZINC available to the general public. However, if you are interested in experimenting with this exciting new technology, please contact us so we can help you get started.
