In the following example Teague changed my password in Toronto (on suspects): 

ldappasswd -S -D 'uid=tdemers,ou=People,dc=bkslab,dc=org' -h ds -Z -W -x 'uid=sbarelier,ou=People,dc=bkslab,dc=org'
