ZINC15:Status

ZINC15 is a work in progress. We will try to keep it working and efficient at all time as it continues to evolve.

Things that we know are slow, and we are working on

• certain queries remain unacceptably slow, particularly structure search returning more than 1 M molecules. Tell us what does not work and we will try to help you find a workaround.

Things we know do not work, and we are working on

• 3D models for every molecule in ZINC.
• no GUI-based method to create "having" queries.

• /home pages for all resources
• /examples pages for all resources

Major features for release by December 2015

• batch mode for long running jobs (code name: celery)
