Compound vs compound Taninoto similarities below ~.25 are almost meaningless. So the SEA tool filters low scores out before computing how significant the sum of all pairs, between the query and the target are. The method for how the threshold is chosen depends on the fingerprint type and background library. It’s described in (Keiser, 2007) and (Keiser, 2009).
