ICD10 questions: Difference between revisions

I have questions about ICD10 coding. Anyone arriving here who knows the answer, would you please tell me?

1. Upper GI versus lower GI bleeding. Seems to be coded as

K92.2	 Gastrointestinal Haemorrhage, Unspecified

Is this correct? Can ICD10 differentiate between upper and lower GI bleeding?

2. Does ICD10 contain a coding for all ADR (adverse drug reactions) ?
