Quick usage example(s)

  • python bin-target-actives.py OPRD1 -o OPRD1.counts # write 2D matrix of counts to file
  • python bin-target-actives.py OPRD1 -N -o OPRD1.freqs # write 2D matrix of frequencies
  • python bin-target-actives.py OPRD1 -F OPRD1.png # Draw picture (can be used with -o)
  • python bin-target-actives.py OPRD1 --keyvalue # Write tranche-count pairs
  • python bin-target-actives.py DRD2_HUMAN -k orthologs # Use DRD2_HUMAN (ortholog) instead of a gene
