DOCK Blaster:Suggestions

Here are some suggestions made by users for improving DOCK Blaster

  • make the "Ignored chain label B" and other "Ignored" messages in the scrutinizer less prominent, since they are not important.
  • change the words in the DOCK Blaster status bar from nouns to verbs, thus:
    • Preparer -> Start
    • Scrutinizer -> Scrutinize or even Inspect
    • Target preparation -> Prepare
    • Calibration -> Calibrate
    • Docking -> Dock
    • Results -> Review (?)
