DISI, an acronym for DISI Is Still Incomplete or perhaps Documentation Is Still Incomplete.
This wiki documents software and databases in the both the Shoichet Lab and Irwin Lab at UCSF. These are :
- target-based virtual screening (molecular docking)
- ligand-based ligand discovery
- cheminformatics and other methods of computational ligand discovery
- associated tools, approaches and ideas.
