Our aim is to make our services available 24/7/365.
Sometimes, there are circumstances beyond our control that mean we cannot live up to this goal.
When possible, we will announce upcoming outages on twitter (X).
- 1 hour in advance for outages less than 2 hours
- 1 day and then 1 hour in advance for planned outages of more 2 hours.
