We currently have two clusters.  
We currently have three computer clusters.


* One in San Francsico at UCSF. [[UCSF Cluster]]

* [[Cluster 1]] is in the pharmacy building at U of T.  (was UofT Cluster)
* [[Cluster 2]] is in Byers Hall 101 and Genentech Hall 108 at UCSF.


We also have access to two cluster
Access clusters via sgehead. From off campus, use the portal system.
* QB3 Shared cluster
* SciNet Cluster in Vaughan, ON ( here is how to apply for an account: [[Apply for SciNet Account]])


The main login for each of our clusters is sgehead.  We can also offer you your own sgehead-like machine to suit your needs. For instance, Ryan might like more memory. Two general purpose sgehead-variants are available:
We have some access to two shared clusters:


* sgebig - like sgehead, but with more memory

* sgesandbox - like sgehead, except you can have root and install what you like

We can also set you up with additional disks, CPUs, queues, whatever you need.  Ask the [[sysadmin]].
