Here is how to make a 32 bit version of DOCK on a 64 bit platform. 


cd dock6/install
make distclean
edit the file gnu
# I added -m32 to the end of the lines starting with CC, CXX, FC, and LOAD
./configure gnu
make all

Then you can test normally. Thanks to Michael Mysinger.
