Public servers 2021

This is an internal document about our public servers.

• files2.docking.org - 75.3. This is our main workhorse web server.

• vav.compbio.ucsf.edu - 26.169 - this is our new legacy www server. Everything that can be moved to files2 should be.

• tau - 26.43. This is a legacy server that we will turn off in Feb 2021.

• gurgendev.compbio.ucsf.edu. really advisor. runs agadvisor. internal
• cassidydev - supports drawing tool in zinc12 and agadvisor.

• wilco legacy cluster 0 server. internal.

• dock.compbio -> bksmailman. runs the dock server. external.

• phi, omega, there are a couple more.
