You can download DOCK Blaster files directly to your local computer. There are three levels of detail : input, results, and everything.
Input
This downloads the files you supplied, the input files DOCK Blaster created on your behalf, and the modified versions that DOCK Blaster created from your input. This is enough information to accurately re-create the calculation on your local machine. The only input you do not have is the ZINC database that was docked.
Results
This downloads a complete report of docking.
Everything
This downloads everything, including all intermediate files that may still be left on disk.
